In most of the cases, advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required.

1. Reservations Services : when your request is submited via the booking form. Our instant reply email system will send to you the confirmation for receiving this. We will start to book the hotels, flights and related services. If the hotel selected was fully booked, we will find the similar hotel class with notice. After that, you are required to confirm the acceptance of your reservation and settle an advance payment or provide your credit card details, otherwise we will cancel your reservation (s) automatically.

2. Prices: are quoted in US Dollars & net, subject to change and will be confirmed by Rose Travel Travel. The prices are per person, including taxes. What included or not included in the booking services will be indicated clearly in each booking.

3. Methods of Payment: Full payment must be setted in advance 1 month before the date of arriving to our account:

•  Major credit cards are prefered: Visa, Master card, JCB, American Express.

•  For payment by credit card (please down load the Form link ), 3% of expenses are charged by customer who has to fill in the form and make a copy of the credit card, then both documents must be faxed to the following number : (84.510) 916 360 or 916 359 . The form and photocopy of your credit card must be sent to Rose Travel Service which are regarded as the final and legal proof of your payment for us. As the payment has been made, Rose Travel Service Company will draw up a confirmation which is handed out to the customer when he is arrived in Vietnam .

•  Note : bank fees is on your side

4. Deposits: Deposits made to secure bookings are refundable. Deposit should be sent by bank draft or transfer to the bank account of ROSE TRAVEL SERVICE Co ltd.

•  For GIT: A deposit of 30 % of total services will be required when getting the final confirmation prior to 30 days before travelling. If not, the booking will be regarded as cancelled. For bookings are made within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the full payment must be paid immediately when the confirmation is made by Rose Travel Service.

•  For FIT: A deposit of 20% of total services is required when getting the confirmation. The settlement must be made at last 30 days prior to the departure. If you don't have fulfill this, the booking will be considered as cancelled and should be applied to the regulations of cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy:

•  GIT (1 to 7 persons)

Before 30 days: no charge
30 days to 21 days: 25 % charge
20 days to 10 days: 50% charge
09 days to 03 days: 75 % charge
Less than 3 days: 100 % charge

•  GIT (08 persons and more)
Before 45 days: no charge
45 days to 30 days: 10 % charge
30 days to 15 days: 50 % charge

•  Tour cost
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion is listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees, and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.

•  Voucher
Voucher will be issued by Rose Travel Service for all bookings. A copy of the clients' itinerary should be enclosed with the vouchers and should reach the clients on arrival or at the beginning of the booked arrangements.

•  Travel Insurance
Trip insurance is required for our trips. An insurance policy number for our all-inclusive travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation and other coverage, should be confirmed upon your trip departure.

  •  Complaints

In case of any complaints, clients should notify to the Operator of Rose Travel Service in order to solve the matter quickly. In such a case, the matter will be considered and solved; and the solution will be informed to the clients as soon as possible.
