The latest addition to the Royal Sapa Group is the Royal View – a boutique hotel with superior services, spacious rooms and spectacular views. Building of the main structure was completed in late December 2005 and the hotel is currently in its ‘soft opening’ phase as the finishing touches are being placed in rooms and on services offered. ·  The Royal Hotel is located at the end of the busiest street in Sa Pa, just 100m from the Sa Pa Market and 200 m from the Sa Pa Church. Cat Cat Village is about a twenty minutes’ walk from the hotel, and about 10 minutes from Ham Rong Moutain. For greater distances, guests may take a Russian jeep to Silver Waterfall, a 20 minute drive, and one hour from the Lao Cai Train Station (40 kms).
