Vice Head of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) Pham Thu on July 25 said that Ha Long Bay would be advertised on the famous US TV channel, CNN.

According to Mr. Tu, the VNAT and CNN have agreed that Ha Long Bay will be the major focus of the video clip advertising Vietnam’s sea tourism which will be broadcast on CNN in the near future.

 The advertising clip on Vietnam’s sea tourism will be broadcast on CNN for a total of 220 spots over three months, from October to December 2007.

 In August 2007, CNN representatives will come to Vietnam to shoot a short video clip of Ha Long Bay and Vietnam’s tourism together with Vietnamese experts.

 The clip will be broadcast during peak hours of CNN in the whole world.
