Day 1: Saigon
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City. Meet and Greet at the airport and transfer to the hotel in downtown Saigon. Overnight in Saigon
Day 2: Saigon (B)
Today we discover the capitol of the south. The tour starts at 08 am from the hotel. We will visit all of Saigon's main attractions: The Reunification Palace, The War Museum, and The Jade Emperor temple. Around midday we will have a lunch break in a local restaurant. In the afteoon we will have a gentle walk through China Town before we visit to the Ben Thanh market, were all kind of goods are offered.

Day 3: Saigon - Cu Chi - Tay Ninh - Saigon (B)
We depart at 8 am for a memorable excursion, which takes you to the exotic Cao Dai Temple at Tay Ninh. We will attend the colorful midday service of this unusual cult and continue to the famous Cu Chi underground tunnel system to experience how the Viet Cong where lived during the American War. Lunch break en route.

Day 4: Saigon - Vinh Long - Saigon - Night train to Da Nang (Express E2/ 23:00 - 14:00) (B,L)
Departure at 7:30 am. We will drive for about 3 hours before we reach Vinh Long and enjoy a boat trip along the river and narrow waterways, overhung with dense vegetation. We will have the opportunity to try exotic fruits in one of the many orchards. Local delicacies will be served for lunch. We continue with the Cai Be floating market, before we drive back to Saigon railway-station to take the night train to Da Nang. Overnight on board
Day 5: Da Nang - Hoi An (B)
We reach Danang at around 2 pm. Transfer to Hoi An, an ancient town, and once home to one of Southeast Asia's major inteational harbors from the 17th to the19th century. Some parts of Hoi An still looking exactly as they did a century and a half ago. The city preserves hundreds of houses built of precious wood in its very own style. Check in a resort by the sea and relax on the beach before the guide picks you up for an amazing walk through the illuminated ancient part of the town. Dinner will be served in an old house with local specialties.

Day 6: Hoi An - My Son - Hoi An (B)
Half day excursion to My Son, located around 50 km out of Hoi An. My Son used to be the most important Cham intellectual and religious centre between the 4th and 13th century. It is one of the most stunning attractions in the area of Hoi An area and the most important Cham site in all Vietnam. Afteoon at leisure. Oveight in Hoi An
Day 7: Hoi An - Da Nang - Hue (B)
We will start the day with a drive to Da Nang to visit the impressive Cham Museum before we continue to Hue, with a photo stop en route on the summit of breathtaking Hai Van Pass. Lunch break in Lang Co Beach. In the evening we will enjoy a royal music show on the Perfume River, where we will send small paper lantes to the river for good luck.

Day 8: Hue - Night train to Hanoi (Express E2/16:14 - 5:00) (B)
Hue City was the capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945 under 13 Emperors of Nguyen dynasties. The World Tourism Organization (WTO) has classified Hue as one of the four main attractive centers of Vietnam. Hue is famous for its magnificent architecture of citadels, palaces, pagodas and royal tombs, built in a poetic surrounding on the banks of the Perfume River. In the moing, we will have a boat ride on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, built on a hill overlooking the Perfume River. We continue to visit King Tu Duc and King Khai Dinh tombs, which are of unique architecture and design. In the afteoon we visit to the Imperial and the Forbidden City. Back in the hotel we will have some time to pack up before transferring to the railway station for the night train to Hanoi.

Day 9: Hanoi (B)
We will arrive in Hanoi at around 5am. We will check-in to the hotel and start to tour Hanoi after some hours resting in the hotel. Hanoi, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards and verdant public parks, is the capital of Vietnam. We will visit the Ho- Chi-Minh-Mausoleum and Museum, the One-Pillar-Pagoda and the historical Temple of Literature. In the afteoon we will come to see the Ethnology Museum continued by a Cyclo tour in the ancient part of Hanoi. In the evening we will attend a traditional Water Puppet show.

Day 10: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (B,L)
We leave Hanoi in the moing for Ha Long Bay. Declared as a World Heritage site by UNESCO, Ha Long Bay is one of Vietnam's most spectacular natural attractions. Located about 200 km from Hanoi, the bay covers an area of more than1500 square meters and is dotted with thousands of limestone islands, which rises from the clear green waters like sculptures crafted by the gods. Since the ancient days some of these islands have got names which due to their shapes, such as Banana Island or Tortoise Island. Thousands of these islands still remain unnamed and unexplored. A sea cruise with a sea food lunch on boat will allow you to experience the majestic beauty of the Ha Long Bay.

Day 11: Ha Long Bay - Hai Phong - Nam Dinh - Ninh Binh (B)
Leave Halong for Hai Phong, one of four biggest cities in Vietnam and known as "the city of flame flower". Sightseeing in Hai Phong includes Hang Kenh temple and Du Hang pagoda, the two most famous tourist attractions and known for their artistic and historical values. We continue to Nam Dinh via Thai Binh and visit the Tuc Mac temple, where 14 Kings of the Tran dynasty are worshipped. Lunch break in Nam Dinh. Overnight in Ninh Binh
Day 12: Ninh Binh - Hanoi - Night train to Lao Cai (LC5/22:00 - 6:00) (B)
Today we will visit to Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. These famous sites are located in the Ninh Binh province, 100 km south of Hanoi. Tam Coc is known as Ha Long Bay on the rice fields. Upon arrival, we will take a sampan ride through a karst landscape to visit the Tam Coc grottos. The sampan rower will drive the boat through shallow rice paddies and three splendid long grottos. Leave the sampans and visit a small temple, built in 13th century, called Thai Vy. In the afteoon we visit to Hoa Lu, the capital of the Dinh and Early Le dynasties in Vietnam in the 10th and 11th century. The sanctuaries were built in the 17th century. We will see the stone pedestal of a royal throne, bronze bells and statues of the Emperors. We drive back to Hanoi . Take night train to Lao Cai.

Day 13: Sapa (B)
We will reach Lao Cai early in the moing. After a one-hour bus ride we will arrive in Sapa, a hill station, which was founded in 1922. The town is located in a beautiful valley close to the Chinese border. This stunning scenery is frequently shrouded in mist and home to diverse hill tribe communities. After check-in to the hotel and a breakfast we will walk to the colorful market where we can see H'mong minority people and Dao minority people selling regional products. In the afternoon we will have a four hours walking tour to hill-tribe villages. We will go down hill to Lao Chai, a village of the Black H'mong minority and experience one of the most spectacular treks in Vietnam, with buffalo paths up and down hill. On the way we will enjoy stunning views of mountains and valleys. In Lao Chai we come to see the village's catholic church and have a chat with the Black H'mong minority people then we continue trekking to Ta Van, a village of the Dzay ethnic minority. Visit to a local family and have a cup of tea before we walk up to the main road to take a jeep ride back to Sapa.

Day 14: Sapa - Night train to Hanoi (LC6/21:15 - 5:00) (B)
Day at leisure to stroll around the town or walk to some other surrounding village villages. At 4 pm, we leave Sapa for Lao Cai railway station to take the night train back to Hanoi.
