ITINERARY IN DETAIL
8:00 AM we pick you up at your hotel and depart for My Tho, the capital of Tien Giang Province. Next, we take big boat and sail to Ben Tre Province, stop over to learn to made coconut candy afterward Horse- drawn carriage takes you on the village’s road to next stop where you can taste bees honey while the local music band performs traditional music.
Hand–rowing sampans take us along beautiful small canal (you also have the option to row the boat) before getting back to our big boat to cross river for Turtle Island– the top nature island where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of “Real Mekong”. The short journey of trekking on village’s trail take you stop at local house where you can taste fresh coconut milk at coconut garden with short coconut trees so you can pick up by yourself.
The delicious lunch at a local restaurant on the island with typical foods will be the last impressiveness of trip on river.
Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of the most beautiful ancient pagoda in Mekong Delta should be the nice stop on the way back to the city (Appx: 16:30)
