ITINERARY IN DETAIL
DAY 1: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, you guide & driver will pick and transfer to hotel check in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
DAY 2: HO CHI MINH - CU CHI TUNNEL (B, L, D)
Proceed to famous Cu Chi Tunnels 40km from Ho Chi Minh city, an incredible underground tunnel net-work constructed by Vietnamese residents’ fighters during the long struggle for independence. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh, on arrival visit to War Remnant Museum.
DAY 3: HO CHI MINH - MY THO (MEKONG RIVER) (B, L, D)
A two hour drive to My Tho where will expose the colourful outskirt life, picturesque rice fields along the journey. Boat trip to Mekong river with Islet Stop at Thoi Son to taste seasonal fruits and enjoy traditional folk songs. Then visit to Coconut Candy Factory and Bee Farms, you can taste honey tea and challenge your bargaining power at cottage Handicraft Shops. Then join the boat ride to view Sea Coconut Forest. Lunch to be served with the Mekong Delta specialty. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh, on arrival visit to Notre Dame Cathedral and The People’s Committee Hall .
DAY 4: HO CHI MINH - HA NOI (DOMESTIC) (B, L)
Visit the bustling China Town and Thien Hau Pagoda. Transfer to Domestic Airport for your flight (with guide). Upon arrival, visit to Hoan Kiem Lake. Enjoy shopping at famous 36 Ancient City and the Water Puppet Show which is the number one Vietnamese folk song and Vietnamese cultural show.
DAY 5: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B, L, D)
Visit the landmark of Hanoi Ba Dinh Square and Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and Ho Chi Minh’s House on Stilts. Lying to one side of the One Pillar Pagoda and Literature Temple Viet Nam ‘s First University. Proceed to Halong Town, the four hour drive will show you the diversity of the North Vietnam villages and rice fields along the journey.
DAY 6: HALONG BAY SCENIC ZONE (B, L)
Enjoy a private 4 hours Boat Trip to Halong Bay (A Natural World Heritage), view multi-shaped rocks and visit the dramatic caves, Paradise Grotto and Wooden Stakes Cave. While cruising through the bay fresh seafood lunch is serving onboard. Return to Ha Noi.
DAY 7: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)
Enjoy your leisurely last minute shopping until transfer to airport.
