Your culinary adventure begins at 12:30 with a hotel pick-up by vintage Vespa and an experienced local driver. Ride through Hanoi’s lively streets to St. Joseph’s Cathedral, where you will begin your food journey with Bánh Gối, a popular local savoury pastry, before continuing to a hidden local spot for Hanoi’s famous Bún Chả. The journey continues through the city’s narrow streets and neighbourhoods as you sample a crispy and flavourful Bánh Mì, followed by the traditional Vietnamese snack Bò Bía beside peaceful West Lake. Continue your ride to enjoy Phở Cuốn, a fresh and lighter interpretation of Hanoi’s beloved Phở, while taking in the changing rhythm of local life around the city. Along the way, pass notable landmarks and discover the stories, culture and everyday character of Hanoi from a local perspective. Finish the experience at Hỏa Xa Café near the railway tracks, where you can relax with a refreshing drink and experience one of Hanoi’s most distinctive urban settings before returning to your hotel at approximately 16:30.
