Experience the world of the Cu Chi freedom fighters with a visit to their famous tunnel system. This network of over 200 km of tunnels became legendary during the 1960’s when they played a vital part in the American War, allowing the Viet Cong to control a large rural area close to Ho Chi Minh City. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities.
ITINERARY IN DETAIL
In the morning from 7:00 AM ~ 7:30 AM ( from 12:00 ~ 13:00 in the afternoon) . Picking up from your hotel, take you go through city to the North West direction of Sai Gon, you can get Cu Chi Tunnels, where is Vietnamese’s people proud of for undaunted ness in struggle during the war. Over 200 km of underground tunnels, the trip will take you back to understand how hard of the life during the wartime and you also have chance to shoot many kind of guns on the shooting range (extra charge).
Back to hotel (approx: 13:30 if departure time is in the morning; 18:30 if departure is in the afternoon)
